DIY Trailer Combo Kits – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a DIY Trailer Combo Kit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase consists of trailer components and/or parts only. The purchase of a combo kit does not constitute the supply of a complete, assembled, roadworthy, or registered trailer.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to correctly assemble the trailer, ensure that it complies with all applicable roadworthy and safety standards, and obtain any required inspections, roadworthy certification, licensing, registration papers, and number plates as required by the relevant authorities before the trailer is used on public roads.

The seller accepts no responsibility or liability for the assembly, roadworthiness, registration, licensing, or legal compliance of any trailer built by the customer from a DIY Trailer Combo Kit. By completing the purchase, the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring the completed trailer meets all legal and regulatory requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
